About 46 The Calls
46 The Calls has a good pedigree. The award-winning refurbishment of this building (a former grain warehouse for Spillers Grain Co.) kickstarted the wider regeneration of Leeds’ waterfront. Prior to its conversion to offices in 1986, 46 The Calls housed the warehousing operations of Yorkshire wholefoods company Suma.
Exposed brickwork, sanded original wood floors, crisp finishes and clean lines: the redevelopment of 46 The Calls employed a design aesthetic that worked with the building’s strengths and has required little revision since. Recent updates to finishes and equipment compliment the original and give the reassuring feel of an established classic design.
46 The Calls is independently owner-managed and professionally run by the team responsible for refurbishment of the original building. From tailoring lease terms to quickly resolving queries, a management team on the premises means that you get straight to the decision makers whenever you require.
